SERVICES
The interior designer function is to help the client achieve a higher grade of comfort and to translate his/her personality into the living space by designing the internal configuration of the area and defining a coherent underlining concept for furniture and fittings selection.

Each of us has a certain artistic and particular way of understanding and expressing beauty. Still, not all of us understand why we like certain things and dislike others. Sometimes what we love is so diverse and without correlation than we may find it hard to build a coherent design scheme. Many times, we want something "just different", "new", "in a certain style", "to look nice", "fashionable" or "simple" without being able to fully comprehend, visualize and express our aesthetic need.

The second most significant role of the interior designer is the “Project and Team Manager". The interior designer must master the skills involved in managing and successfully completing a complex project involving different areas, and teams within the allocated timeframe and agreed budget. Therefore, the role requires a perfect balance between originality and organization and between creativity and structure.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
From start to finish, including budget estimations and project coordination for residential and commercial projects.
Undertake design & renovation project from concept to completion;
Renovation & construction works;
Plan, place, coordinate and supervise contractors, orders, deliveries and installations;
Site administration (ensure the design is implemented as per the design intent and design documentation);
Manage budget and cash flow.

Finding the story
Whether you want an hour or two to get professional guidance, or you want to design your entire home, we start by listening to your ideas and desires. We will ask questions aimed to build an aesthetic and emotional profile of the people who will inhabit the space and to define the allocated budget. Whereas budgets are concerned, we would encourage to prioritise and invest less but invest well. There is always a story to be told, even on a tide budget.

Concept development
Following the client briefing, a concept is developed including the theme, the space planning, the colour palette, finishes ideas, cabinetwork designs and any furniture proposals and selections.

Design development
The design ideas are discussed and developed. The budget, the drawings and specifications are further refined.
​
Detail & documentation
Working drawings and all specifications are documented, ready for building/purchase.
​
Furniture & Fittings
Furniture & Fittings are selected, sourced, delivered and installed.
​
Soft furnishings selections & artwork specification
Ideas for artwork and any soft furnishings are discussed, proposed, selected and sourced.
​
Site administration
Follow up site visits and administration are undertaken to ensure the design is implemented as per the design intent and documentation.
